"From" pricing shown on the site is a starting estimate, not a final quote. Final pricing is confirmed in a proposal based on scope.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client except for third-party assets and SBW's pre-existing tools and methods, which remain ours.
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, SBW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
